Types of Synchronization

In the telecommunication networks, we known 3 types of synchronization:

1. Frequency synchronization.
In this case, all the system will be have the same frequency of the signal transmitted and received.

Example: Communication between System A and System B, there are have same frequency of their signal.

2. Phase Synchronization
In this case all the networks have same phase of their signal, but may be different frequency they have. This Technical most using by telecommunication operators in the world.

Examples: Communicated between System A and System B, their are have same phase but for their frequency, we did not sure they have same frequency.


And the last type of synchronization.
3. Time Synchronization
In This case, using by operators for calculate their billing system and for Next Generation Networks (NGN). All systems have same of the phase and Frequency.

Examples: Communicated between System A and System B, their have same time in every phase and frequency also they must have the same phase and frequency.
